Cancellation Policy
- Same-Day Cancellation: You can cancel your order on the same day it was placed by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations must be made before the end of the day (11:59 PM) on which the order was placed.
- Non-Cancellation After Same Day: From the day following your order placement, cancellations are not permitted. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Refund Policy
- Same-Day Refunds: Refunds are available only if you cancel your order on the same day it was placed. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- No Refunds After Same Day: From the day following your order placement, no refunds will be issued. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team on the same day of delivery with an unboxing video showing the damage. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement or a refund. Claims for damaged or defective products must be made on the same day of delivery.
